Project 2

Transitions

Transitions is a premium yarn made from alpaca and wool, with colours that shift gradually as makers knit with it. Inspired by the gentle flow of colour, I developed a visual identity that captures a sense of movement, calm, and quiet transformation.

Brand IDENTITY

Logo, label, and visual identity for a color-changing yarn line, with illustration, custom typography, and a soft color palette aligned with the brand brief.

Concept development

Inspired by the colour wheel, I explored circular forms to reflect the yarn’s round cake shape to help visualize the concept of shifting hues.

Logo design

The final logo design captures the movement of colour and form in a spiral layout, using neutral tones that align with the natural fibre brand.

Product label

I designed a minimalist label to let the yarn take centre stage, complementing the multi-colour yarn without competing with it. View PDF print file.

Creating cohesive website content, social media visuals, and webinar presentations that deliver consistent brand storytelling across digital platforms.

To launch the new yarn, I created a comprehensive layout that told the full yarn journey; from the farms where the fibre comes from, to the finished product.

I design impactful, brand-aligned visuals across social media platforms that show the product and its label for reinforced branding.

PRINT COLLATERAL

Marketing materials for wholesale customers: a quick-reference leaflet, a compact brand-recall bookmark, and a branded sneak peak of a new design in the yarn.

This small 52x148mm bookmark was designed for sales execs as a mini-handout when visiting wholesale yarn shop owners. View PDF print file.

This poster was designed for wholesale customers to use in-store to help their customers visualize the yarn knitted up and ultimately boost sales.

My product and lifestyle photography showcases the yarn in multiple settings, highlighting it in well-lit studio environments to best show the shifting colours.
