Project 1
Brookside House
This project involved the renovation and ground-floor extension of a Cotswold residence. The design features an A-frame timber structure with floor-to-ceiling glazing and a overhang, establishing a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. An interlinking flat-roof section with integrated skylights brings light into the original building core. My role included developing the technical drawing sets and 3D digital models to support the final planning application.

Project 2
The Lattice
"The Lattice" provides a conceptual, flexible civic center for the Luton community. The ground floor functions as a malleable spatial core, designed to transform and accommodate political debates, exhibitions, performances, and markets. An expansive timber lattice roof and open plan connects all upper floors to the activities below. The proposal extends outdoors to a connected raised public park space, featuring a large projection wall for summer film screenings, enhancing the building's role as a vibrant center for the public.

Project 3
Lanchester House
This project involved the renovation and extension of a London townhouse. My role included conducting the building survey and producing scaled drawings and 3D digital models for the planning application. The design features an open-plan kitchen-dining area with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to improve garden connectivity, and a strategically placed skylight draws natural light deep into the home.
